Stacey Yael

Stacey Yael is an entrepreneur, attorney, and producer with a proven track record of building and scaling ventures at the intersection of finance, media, and gender equity. Stacey began her career as an attorney at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. She later co-founded and served as a strategic advisor to a successful finance firm and numerous startups, guiding companies from inception through growth. She served on the Steering Committee for the inaugural Gloria Steinem Endowed Chair in Media, Culture, and Feminist Studies at Rutgers University, deepening her focus on the intersection of gender and media. She is the founder of Visible Women Agency, a platform recognized by Forbes, through which she curates and produces high-impact activations that connect brands with multi-hyphenated global leaders across industries. Stacey consistently brings together creative talent, capital, and mission-driven storytelling—producing work that resonates culturally while remaining strategically and commercially grounded. Stacey is also proud to serve on the advisory board committee of Pen + Brush.
