Pen and Brush Presents…March

Pen and Brush Presents… is a reading series curated by Kate Angus for Pen and Brush. The series supports the work small press editors do in identifying excellent writing, as well as supporting the writing itself, by featuring exciting new work by established and emerging authors. Each month, “Pen and Brush Presents…” hosts three writers, each one selected by editors at a press, journal, or organization with a strong female editorial presence.

Bridging the Divide: Contemporary Art, Demoralization, and the Power of Alliance

Pen + Brush (P+B) is proud to partner with the Association of Women Art Dealers (AWAD) for an panel discussion and open forum on the role of art - and the art world, in 2017. As we all grapple with how to face a world that looks, feels and almost is completely upside down, the role of art is more critical than ever.

Women’s Writing Circle at the Pen and Brush

After 122 years of supporting women's literature in New York, Pen and Brush has launched an in-house writing circle. We bring women's writing to the world by bringing the world's editors to them, and now we want to bring you into our cozy new space for the time and community your project deserves.
